VSO Data Archive SHA

Data Served

The Stanford Helioseismology Archive provides data through its VSO server interface to image data from the following high-degree helioseimology projects:

The Global Oscillations Network Group, beginning with the GONG+ upgrade at each site, 5 May 2000
The Mount Wilson 60-ft Tower Magneto-optical Filter, beginning 1 May 1996 (earlier data is planned to be incorporated in the archive)
The Taiwan Oscillation Network, beginning 1 June 1996
The SOHO Michelson Doppler Imager, beginning 30 Jan 1996

The principle observables available are:

Dopplergrams from GONG, MWO, and SOHO/MDI
Photograms from GONG, SOHO/MDI, and TON
Magnetograms from GONG and SOHO/MDI

Data Retrieval

Data requests are automatically forwarded to a server request form, for data delivery by any of several network or back-channel options. The typical time to fulfill a data request is up to an hour during California business hours, a day or two at other times.
